My name is Melody Flynn. I worked directly at NetSuite for 12 years, and then joined Business Solution Partners (BSP) a couple of years ago. Headquartered in Long Island, NY, BSP was one of the first NetSuite resellers, implementors and developers in the marketplace, with over 20 years of experience and hundreds of NetSuite go-lives under its belt.

When I came to understand the software landscape of the office supplies industry, I became excited by the possibility of giving Dealers the opportunity to move off their antiquated systems and onto NetSuite’s modern, multi-tenant Cloud platform.

I have seen so many companies benefit from the automation and flexibility of NetSuite’s accounting, ERP, and data analytics platform over the years, I wanted to make NetSuite feasible for ISG Dealers.

I thought, ‘Why should a whole industry of Dealers be held hostage by antiquated software when they’re competing with the Staples, Walmarts, and Amazons of the world?’ They shouldn’t…and now they don’t have to be!

Why? Because BSP has taken an approach to help office supplies, furniture, and jan-san Dealers migrate to the NetSuite platform at a lower cost than what it would be if each Dealer invested in doing it on their own. We were also mindful to bring the most feature-rich solutions in the industry together to give Dealers the best possible opportunity to generate revenue, increase margins, and experience seamless, end-to-end business process flows.
